HERE IS THE SOLUTION - FOLLOW BELOW COMMANDS
1) Open the command prompt with admin rights
Next type
2) DISKPART
this loads the diskpart application we need to proceed.
Then type
3) LIST DISK
Then type
4) SELECT DISK 2 (your USB Drive may have a different number, don’t follow exactly this text it depends on your usb drive) You will get a successful response “Disk 2 is now the selected disk”
Next we want to clean the USB drive
Type:
5) CLEAN
you will get a successful response ‘DiskPart succeeded in cleaning the disk”.
SELECT DISK 2 (or what number your USB drive has)
6) CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
7) SELECT PARTITION 1
8) ACTIVE
9) FORMAT FS=NTFS (Formatting can take a little time depending on the size of the drive)
Next type:
10) ASSIGN
EXIT (DISK PART will exit)
Type
12) D: CD BOOT (substitute the “D” if necessary with the letter of your Windows 7 DVD drive)
then key
CD BOOT
then
12) BOOTSECT.EXE /NT60 E: (substitute the “E” if necessary with the letter of your now ready USB drive) – we are telling the system to create a boot sector file on the USB drive.
13) AFTER THIS JUST COPY FULL WINDOW TO UR PEN DRIVE .
AGAIN COPY FILES OF BOOT FOLDER TO FRONT PAGE OF PEN DRIVE AND BOOTMGR FILE MUST BE PRESENT ON FRONT OF UR DRIVE WHERE ALL WINDOW IS COPIED.
